I’m a qualified and highly experienced English teacher with nearly two decades of teaching experience across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
For me, English is about far more than preparing for examinations. It is about teaching students to look closely, question, analyse, make connections and develop the confidence to form their own ideas.
My approach is calm, supportive and personalised, while maintaining high expectations. I want students not simply to improve their English, but to become increasingly independent and confident learners.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Studies at Oxford followed by postgraduate study, including an MA completed in 2023.
